Restrap friend Toby Willis is hard at working training for this year's Transcontinental. Here he takes us through some of his most gruelling (yet beautiful) training rides in the hills of Snowdonia. Just what does it take to prepare for something so epic?

The first in our series meeting our Restrap customers around the world. Today we chat to Restrap customer Kris Webb, 25.

Kris lives in Gloucestershire, England, right next to the beautiful Forest of Dean, where he does most of his riding.

In 2016 Restrap ambassador Dom Sharman was involved in a near fatal hit and run whilst cycling to work. Here he recounts how he fought to come back even stronger, completing a gruelling 24 hour ride in Japan.
