7. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • Returns: Consumers may return items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • Refunds: If you cancel your order or return the product within the permitted time, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
