As the current worldwide situation means a lot more of us are getting out on bikes, we’re seeing a surge of people exploring the world of bikepacking and cycling as not only a means of transport, but as a means of carrying luggage.
Here at Restrap we've experienced a busier than usual cycling season. This means that we are seeing more interest in our most popular products, but don’t worry! We’re doing our very best to keep up with current demand and get your orders shipped as soon as possible. Our current lead time is up to 7 days on all products.
Because of this, we are experiencing some small delays with shipping orders due to stock levels being low, so we are making some items up to order. The result of this is you may see your orders take longer than usual to be shipped. If you haven’t received an email confirming shipment of your order within 14 days, let us know at support@restrap.com
We are very sorry for the delay; we understand a lot of you will have trips and tours coming up soon. Please bear in mind these timescales when placing your order. We are still a relatively small business and everything we make is made by hand, and we don't want to compromise on the quality of our products.
While we are using our normal shipping services, Royal Mail, and various couriers we use to ship our products may also be experiencing delays with their services at the moment.
The countries we are seeing affected the most are shipments to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with shipping timescales taking up to 1 month due to a combination of lack of flights out of the UK and a backlog of customs checks.
