It’s that time of year already. Santa has loaded up his pannier bags, and he’s off on tour. Don’t let him be the only one! Here you will find all information relating to Christmas postage dates and returns over this period.

Final Shipping Dates for Christmas Delivery:

For your order to arrive in time for Christmas they must be placed by the following deadlines:

UK: Monday 21st December⁠
⁠
EUROPE: Friday 11th December
⁠
WORLDWIDE: Wednesday 9th December

Please bear in mind that due to the current situation worldwide, shipping times can be affected and vary between countries. To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, place your order as soon as you can. Whilst we will do our very best to get orders to you in time, we can’t make any guarantees with the current demand placed on postal services worldwide. ⁠

Returns

We understand that not everyone loves everything they receive at Christmas time. With that in mind our Christmas returns period will run as follows:

Any orders placed from 1st November 2020 to 31st December 2020 can be returned within 60 days for a full refund provided they are still brand new and in their packaging.
