It’s that time of year already. Santa has loaded up his pannier bags, and he’s off on tour. Don’t let him be the only one! Here you will find all information relating to Christmas postage dates and returns over this period.

Final Shipping Dates for Christmas Delivery:

For your order to arrive in time for Christmas they must be placed by the following deadlines:

UK - All orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday 20th December

Europe - All orders must be placed by 3pm on Wednesday 18th December

Worldwide - All orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday 13th December.

Returns

We understand that not everyone loves everything they receive at Christmas time. With that in mind our Christmas returns period will run as follows:

Any purchases made between 1st - 31st December 2019 can be returned, to arrive with us, up until the 31st January 2020. Any purchases made between these dates that arrive with us after the 31st of January 2020 will not be accepted.
